"Virginia" out on DVD August 21st

The long wanted movie "Virginia" (originally "What's Wrong With Virginia") is set to be released August 21st. There's no words out if it's a worldwide release or USA and Canada only or if there also will be a Diginal Download (video on demand) or not.
